  • Drive systems change and project delivery, including requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, localisation for new jurisdictions (e.g. VAT/tax), data migration, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Own and execute system testing and validation activities, including independent testing, re-performance, and assurance that new or changed functionality meets agreed business requirements.
  • Support system-related workshops and project activities, contributing functional expertise on interfaces, data sources, automation objectives, and current/future state process design.
  • Enable seamless integration of new entities or business units into the group’s finance and other systems and reporting infrastructure, supporting scalable and consistent global reporting.
  • Act as subject matter expert for finance systems, providing guidance, training, and support to finance users, auditors, and other stakeholders, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of system capabilities and best practices.
  • Design and embed robust finance processes within systems, including automated reconciliations, consolidations, GAAP rules, intercompany processes, dashboards, workflows, and internal controls.
  • Develop and deliver standardised, fit-for-purpose reports and dashboards, ensuring outputs are secure, controlled, audience-appropriate, and aligned with corporate, regulatory, and management reporting requirements.
